Gold's Gym in VV is an excellent resource for fitness training of all sorts. The venue is clean, well equipped, and has a staff of trainers ready to go. There is nothing better than spending time at the gym daily working hard and feeling good. It only gets better.
I have been a Gold's Gym member for about 8 months. They have a very welcoming, energetic staff, all who specialize in different parts of physical fitness and nutrition. What I enjoy most about this gym is the wide variety of classes they offer, such as: pilates, water aerobics, spin, ab and core, and my personal favorite, zumba. Their friendly, motivating staff makes it fun for the members to continually return.
