Golds Gym of Smithtown’s machinery is always maintained, the weights are always put away in the proper areas. Mike the owner and Gold’s Gym staff are super friendly. The ladies in the morning and Sal at night keeps the gym clean. Andy the liaison has the younger gym members educated with gym etiquette. Golds Gym of Smithtown is the best gym on Long Island
