Golds Gym Smithtown is a great gym to belong to. The staff does an amazing job of keeping the gym running smoothly. The equipment is consistently maintained and cleaned. There is an awesome smoothie bar that provides pre or post workout nutrition.
Great gym. Reasonable prices, everything is kept clean and organized. Machines are in good shape. Definitely recommended
3/5/25 updated review: Great cardio fusion class this morning with Chen. Predictably awesome lifting class with Tracy tonight. Tomorrow morning, I’ll be cycling with Sue and then at Brendan’s cardio fusion. I’ve been going to gym classes religiously for 40 years. Classes at Smithtown Gold’s are, hands-down, the best I have ever taken. Great instructors! Excellent class! I love Bonnie!
