BEWARE! Gold’s Gym misled me about the Gold membership, and that’s why I’m canceling. They told me downgrading was allowed, processed the downgrade, charged me the fee, and then reversed it later claiming the policy had changed. I can not believe. I canceled my gym membership online. Got billed for 6 more months. Canceled my card so I didn’t get billed anymore and got a call from a collection company this morning. What a sad system you have. You need money so bad you can’t just cancel memberships? I moved I can’t even go to the gym. What a pathetic business this is.
