I joined Gold's Gym in February of 2023 after more or less sitting on my couch for 3 years. At 67 years old I knew that if I didn't DO something my decline was only going to accelerate and it wasn't going to be pretty. I so enjoyed my complimentary session with pro-trainer Diana Rivera that I signed up to continue training with her. I enjoy working out at golds gym. Especially with my trainer Diana Rivera who has helped me achieved my goals for the last few months. She has shown me a lot of helpful tips as a gym beginner and helped me reached my goals as well. Overall, I highly recommend working out at gold gym and if you are able to sign up for a trainer then I suggest training with Diana Rivera.
I joined in January, staff is always very friendly and the gym itself is always clean in the mornings when I go. I have been training with Diana since I joined and it has been the best investment I have made! If you are just starting on your fitness journey or have a specific goal in mind, trust me, she will get you there! She is the sweetest but will also make you put in the work!
