For two Mondays in a row (and last Tuesday), this Gold’s has not been opened on time. I heard someone is out of town. This is completely unsatisfactory. What am I paying money for? A closed gym that cannot solve a basic staffing problem? Ridiculous. Hugely disappointing.

ALWAYS has the wrong class represented in Class Pass, meaning you have to cross check the schedule on their website every time you book something through CP. Management says this error is on CP’s end, but CP is literally never wrong in representing other gyms’ times and classes. Really annoying and especially don’t like the blame shift. Also, the water fountain is regularly broken and they never seem to prioritize fixing it. This place is consistently broken down and poorly managed.

It’s Gold’s so it has 80% of the equipment of a top end gym. I am able to get my workouts done during work trips. I don’t know if it’s a “Northern Virginia Thing” but you get the add bonus of the mental workout of trying to find the plates you need because very few of the members seem to know how to rack their weights. The cues on the stems that label which plates go where don’t seem to help and some of the members are so tired from their sets that they can only leave their weights on the floor in a pile. Always a good place to workout. Good equipment, enough space, nobody bothers you when you're obviously working hard.
