They let men in the women’s restroom
Equipment is in good shape, gym is just a little small so not a ton of equipment or open space. Edit as of Sept 2025: the gym is at a new location on Sunrise Valley which is significantly bigger than the old location at Plaza America. Overall there is a lot more space and equipment.
the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I can’t even begin to describe how rude, insensitive and downright disrespectful each and every individual ive spoken to here is. and management/customer care does not help a lick. if you get a membership here and need to cancel, forget it. you’re stuck for life apparently.
The gym itself is decent, but too many people here deliberately leave their weights and equipment all over the place. It’s pure disrespect and laziness. If you’re strong enough to lift it, you’re strong enough to put it back. Management really needs to step in and enforce proper gym etiquette. God bless the employees who collect all these.. Also, it would be great if they extended their closing hours — like Anytime Fitness does — so members with busy schedules can train later in the evening.
