Relatively new facility with lots of space and great equipment, but timely equipment maintenance is lacking. Management Staff are generally apathetic and not willing or able to help. On the flip side trainers like Matt are great and are invested in their clients’ health outcomes. Operations is a flunk, sadly. Towels are often not available (even though my subscription covers it). You sent us to collections [without any informal communications] after we attempted to cancel repeatedly since August (email and web), and ultimately did a successful charge-back. You communicated more with our bank than with us! Moreover, they closed the Wintergreen location without any notice, not even posted on the window. Only by luck (perhaps a Patch.com story) did we avoid wasting a trip. Don’t join they got bought out and all the terms on the agreement are ridiculous, they can raise the price whenever, you have to cancel 3 months in advance and they charge you with like 3 hidden fees which then becomes like $150-$200 to cancel. Do not sign up.
