Good location but it’s warm most of the time and overall needs fans running. The bros and broccoli heads stand around all day and occupy equipment while on phones. Not enough cable machines-locker room shower and many machines need a refurb. Staff isn’t welcoming when you walk in but seem okay. They need to double membership dues to filter out some of these people who don’t take workouts seriously. WHY DOES THIS GYM ALLOW PEOPLE TO RECORD?!?!?
Worst gym ever extremely unfriendly and rude staff and very dirty and unmaintained equipment
Decent gym. Clean. Equipment a bit old; Joe Gold may have used some of the machines here... Warm/hot on free weight side of facility; should install ceiling fans. Water fountains warm, too ;( The space has potential...could up its game a bit... IT'S 8 MONTHS LATER AND WATER FOUNTAINS ARE STILL WARM. The best of the 3 golds gyms in the area. They need another leg curl and leg extension machine and they clearly have space for it. I also wish they would have a better chest supported row machine. The current one does not have an adjustable foot rest and only supports a small area of the chest. This prevents it from working with every skeleton often requiring a weird bend at the legs to get the full range of motion The only downside is having to pay $1 for packing.
