Gold Gym has been a staple for me as an athlete for over 15 years! They have everything you need to stay fit and give yourself some much-needed self-care. As a 52-year-old, I frequent the sauna and lift heavy at Gold's Gym several times a week. I also love the sense of community every time I walk in the door.
Apparently, from what I just saw, they let me into thier woman's locker rooms naked
I joined for the sauna. It works but is often very crowded
