Slade and Ashley were outstanding, the gym is very clean and the layout is fantastic. Slade, the manager gave a great tour. He has an amazing personality and he is very down to earth; you won’t be pressured to join. Ashley at the front desk is wonderful and very caring . The machines and everything - first rate.
I LOVE Daytona Gold’s the staff is amazing! Kiara and Corrine are my favorites :)

Went to try to do a day trial to see what it was all about a few months ago and the front desk guy was extremely rude and said I couldn’t since I wasnt a resident even though I live here full time. Insulting to my time and person and their prices are also egregiously high for a mediocre gym. Better off going to amped or crunch. $500 for a whole year… it’s Daytona beach not Miami or San Francisco
