Like the gym for the most part but customer service is lacking. I went tonight with my two children and I don't know if it was the woman at the front desk not understanding what I was saying or what but she wouldn't let my son in which seemed odd. She also kept saying he needed to be 18 but I was told when I signed up that as long as I was the adult on the account my children age 13 and over could workout with me. Golds Gym in Dundalk is nothing more than a Corporate Rumor Mill that employees some very unprofessional fitness consultants. Business is routinely conducted by enabling their employees to harass, bully & publicly humiliate innocent members... I know this because I filed a complaint and I was retaliated against less than 8 hours after I filed my complaint, what a coincidence!!!
