This facility offers a mix of excellent customer service and, at times, surprisingly poor experiences. Due to a window of time spent trying to iron out some issues with add on services 5 stars is not an option at this time. Without getting too deep into it, some staff members can be rude, dismissive, and seemingly unwilling to assist with basic inquiries. I really appreciated the not-pushy-at-all sign up experience with Brittany. The gym is clean and the equipment is in good shape. The other members were diverse in their ages and fitness levels and my daughters and I felt comfortable and not out of place. What sold us was the straight forward pricing and cancellation policies, not having to make an appointment for a tour just to find out the price, and their youth policy for my kids to workout with me. 3 Year update: I'm still a member and go frequently. Don’t sign up with them if you plan to move ever. They won’t cancel your account and then when you move they won’t answer any calls in order to cancel and will just charge you forever.

Let me just say, I enjoyed this gym so much and they were so nice, WHILE we were going. My roomate and best friend Cynthia and I, cannot afford our membership due to moving out of state. My mother has cancer and I have very young siblings we need to go take care of. We went in and kindly let them know we needed to end our membership early due to funds so that we can afford to move and go help her. I've been going to this gym for over a year. The equipment is dependable & versatile, the staff is pretty friendly & has been supportive when needed. The gym is still a gym, but it's pretty clean. Usually, there's someone cleaning while I'm there. It's not a fancy gym, but I can get a great workout & am comfortable going there multiple times a week.
