I have been a member for 4 years and I had an injury that required spinal surgery. Gold’s would not pause or cancel my membership while I was going through this and they charged me for 10 months while I would call, and even stopped by a couple times to try to have them at least pause my membership. Then I finally decided that I was going to contact my bank and have them stop allowing charges. Finally, Golds Gym called me! But they still want me to pay even more. Been trying to get into working out. I have been between two houses to get work done. It's been crazy trying to sell my mom's house and I am exhausted but felt the need to work some of energy out. Felt good with the workout. I needed that.
