I go here everyday and love it
Great gym!
There is rarely an issue with the instructor. The issue is the gym where classes are held never has an appropriately controlled temperature. In other words, the space is almost always too hot. It's an ongoing issue. DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH WE VERBALIZE OUR CONCERNS. Management doesn't listen to complaints about Lady Golds. This is an ongoing issue. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a gym with a separate location for women.
if you u need a local gym and not gonna visit any others this is a good or great option….unfortunately that’s not what my needs were at all and now while also not living near your gym anymore isn’t a good enough reason to allow them to cancel your membership. Lied or were wrong about the use and access in other Golds gym on a travel pass.
