I will never go back there it was my first time there, the front desk guy i think his name is Russ he was rude and disrespectful he charged me $20 ,usually other gyms will not do that

I signed up for a day pass and didn’t receive a confirmation email, so I assumed I wasn’t eligible and planned to work out at Willow Lawn instead. Then your staff called me and told me I was approved to come in. They asked what time I’d arrive, and I said between 6–7 PM. Because of that call, I changed my plans and drove out of my way to this location.
