I enjoyed visiting Gold’s especially their workout classes. I stayed motivated.
this gym only has 15lb and 5lb dumbbells and no weights in between… except a singular pair of 10s. Never seen this at any gym before.
The overall vibe of this gym is going down the drain the last few years. Crowd has become trash
