I wanted to like this gym because it has good equipment, but the overall environment makes it difficult to enjoy working out. The biggest issue is that there doesn't seem to be adequate air conditioning. The gym is often uncomfortably hot, especially during busy hours. It's also incredibly loud—not just because of the music, but because people are constantly yelling across the gym or shouting during lifts. I've been coming here for a couple decades without leaving a review. It's worth mentioning that this place is great, and always making improvements. One shout-out I have to give is Jonathan Dwyer, who works at the front. I recently came in and mentioned I hadn't eaten. This man ran and grabbed me a protein cookie that he had personally bought to go along with a jerky stick I purchased. Good dude. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's a welcoming environment in general.
