My only tip is sometimes the personal trainers are pushy and persistent trying to get new patients

Variety of equipment. Sauna, hot tub and steamroom. Pool.
Love the remodel. New men's lockers are great. Wish they would add more benches. Always have trouble finding one for squats or chest press. Also why is half the parking lot fenced off?!
Why do I have to pay for a towel to use when I am working out? I just came with my friend who is a member on a visitor pass to workout since we are visiting LA from DC. My mood 😑
Body Pump is great!
The classes are amazing and free with your membership and lady's gold room is a more private place to work out
