I HAVE PAID OVER $800 IS MEMBERSHIP FEES WITHOUT EVEN LIVING IN THE AREA FOR TWO YEARS. THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING ME DESPITE MY EFFORTS TO CANCEL. Everything was fine until I tried to cancel my membership. I literally moved over an hour away and they would not let me cancel without paying a massive fee($600 or something around that). It's a fantastic gym, with great equipment. Best gym in Longmont by far. The staff is great as well, and have always been very kind.
I had to at least add a star because I had to write a review. Don’t be fooled by the name because this is not an OG golds gym. If you are the Gold’s gym fan, you should stay 10 miles away from it. As soon as you enter the gym for a membership, you are greeted with great silence from a guy named Jake or something of that sort at the front desk. I went to cancel my subscription because I would move home and they told me that I was already canceled what I will pay next month and it would automatically tire, today I realize that they even sent me to a collection company, even if I saw my withdrawal from the subscription as I should affect my credit until I dropped more than 30 points. Because of their poor attention, they are thieves.
Aside from the gym equipment all having very loose seats and pads and having no lubrication for path of motion, when i canceled my account 1 day after monthly renewal, they charged me not only for that full month, but the following month, AND randomly added an enhancement fee of $50. So i was charged $40 + $40 + $50 for 1 day of gym usage. For an unsatisfactory gym.
