The Longmont, CO, gym is disenfranchising the senior programs because they are raising the rates. This is an EXTREMELY poor run gym, the equipment is not fixed, the gym is dirty and never gets cleaned and altogether is a waste of money. The roads/parking lots getting there are full of deep holes and nobody gives a DAMN getting them fixed. We are leaving this piece of crap for a gym much better maintained, closer to home and accepting the silver sneakers program. Good luck Gold’s Gym, your days are numbered!!! 🤪🤪🤣🤣

I've been going to this gym for seven years, and unfortunately, it has gone downhill. Every time I try to wipe down a machine, there are no wipes available. The restrooms are consistently dirty, and I even saw a plastic water bottle sitting on a bench in the men's room for days—clearly, no one is cleaning regularly. They hide an annual membership fee of $50 in the fine print and no one bothers to point that out when you join. Not a pleasant surprise and a bit of a backhanded way to squeeze more out of people.

I just called on 1/18/25 at 3:43pm because I had a question about a payment. The person at the desk refused to help me and said “I’m super busy up here right now, and we close in 10 minutes” then I proceeded to ask him what his name was and he said “Don’t worry about that” and HUNG UP ON ME. I suspect it is the employee who drives the yellow Chevy Camero SS. He was the only employee who was here when I showed up 10 minutes later. Customer service has never been this gyms strong suit.
