It's a bummer the front desk woman has been so inhospitable for me and my partner. Since moving here we were excited to use this gym for our morning workouts. If you support America, Veterans, and the disabled - then this place is NOT for you. This place LOVES to discriminate against autistic veterans with PTSD, even after sharing my disabilities. Then they change their story with "pretext" and bias to kick me out. No facts - just hearsay. They took my money, promised me a refund, and never gave it back. Zero communication, zero accountability. I emailed both the Longmont location and corporate multiple times and got completely ignored. They banned me from being a paying customer out of pure pettiness. I was told I couldn’t use the facility even though I was paying. This was only $40. They could’ve easily made it right, but instead they dragged it out for weeks. I was a member for several years. I signed up for a very specific type of membership that allowed me to bring guests. During COVID the gym shut down but continued to charge me. After the gym re-opened I had brought a friend as my plan allowed me to do. The manager told me that they were "going to make an exception for me" to bring my friend this one time and that my membership status had be "re-categorized" to a plan that does not allow me to bring guests, but I could upgrade.
