I pick things up, I set them down. Gym is life! I cancelled my Uber account just so I could “Lyft”. My hairstylist has me on standby so I can get my “curls” in. My workout partner worked an extra “set” at the seafood market because she pulled a “mussel”. I look forward to Halloween since everyone inside is “exorcising”. Gym is life. Upgrades have happened and on-going. With ALL the NEW equipment that’s been added, I decided to do sit-ups between every machine just so I could lay down. Besides the price, this place is the place to lift in this area. Evans Fitness Center may be nicer but it’s also even more expensive (nearly double the price), and I’ve heard it can somehow get even busier than Golds, leaving you waiting for equipment even longer. The staff here are awesome, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any equipment, even at peak hours, and most importantly they have a cleaning staff working around the clock keeping it super clean.
