Very rude customer service, woman hung up on the phone. Canceling membership is way more difficult than it needs to be, staff are rude, and gym is constantly busy. Not helpful towards military personnel's situations either.
Legendary gym with all of the equipment you need plus more! Big thanks to Garrett that works front desk, great customer service.
Stopped supporting Prime Fitness/Tivity Health membership, pretty lame.
Brandi has been a wonderful personal trainer. She’s so encouraging and simply wants the best for all the Gold’s Gym Members.
