Honestly sometimes the equipment takes forever to get fixed BUT one thing that’s consistent is the cleanliness esp on the weekends. Women’s section is super clean and I always see the workers around keeping the area clean. Yulissa especially always asks if the restrooms and steam rooms are clean and checks up and I love that. Will keep going!!!!
Is this really a $100 fee just to cancel a membership?! The year is over and she doesn’t want to renew because she is not happy with the gym. Why does she have to pay $100 to cancel? Not only that, they make it so hard to cancel—you have to go when the manager is there, and they are never there. You can’t cancel over the phone or online. Complete scam.
Decent gym, decent court, I do miss the back extension machine they used to have. To the guy in the front desk who claims golds never had one before, I’ll take my money in store credit 🤝🏽 thanks.
