Satisfied by all means. They r fixing the machines so that's good.
I write this review in hopes to see like many others; improvements in all the following areas; equipment conditions, cleanliness of said equipments and gym as a whole including restrooms, odor; are exhaust vents working to help clear sweat odor? I know it’s a gym and we sweat, but I believe there is a way to combat that and make it more bearable to breathe without feeling disgusted. I went and ended up leaving right back out. 2 outta 3 bathrooms don’t have any type of soap dispensers. And that’s just the bathrooms that the ladies have access to.. but I imagine that the men bathrooms don’t either… so it’s just a bunch of nasty, unwashed, pissy hands touching everything throughout the gym. And nevermind that this is cold and flu season. I really like this gym. I just can’t believe it’s current state. I give it 2 stars because the girl at the front desk was extremely nice. But that’s it.
Their machines are disgusting. The entire row of machines look like this , it’s not just one machine. They NEVER clean their equipment, it’s debris literally packed into it. Drops of sweat got it looking like rain drops, it’s disgusting. I’ve never seen a gym more filthy in all of the area.
Terrible customer service, and horrible contract clauses. They make it almost impossible for you to break the contract and make you pay high fees in order to do so. I wouldn’t recommend it.
