We signed up for 1 year gym membership for my son Morgan from 6-19-2022 to 6-19-2023. I have a copy of the agreement that we signed up last year. It clearly shows the membership ends on 16/19/2023. We were also told by the young lady who did the paperwork for us that the membership would NOT be automatically renewed after 1 year. However, we are charged multiple times after 6/19/2023. We have contacted the Gym manager Nil, but he refused to refund us. He said we had to give a 30 days ahead written notice to cancel membership... read more

The Smyrna location of this gym is the most poorly maintained gym I have ever seen in the 21 years that I've lifted weights. My finger was crushed because of an incident with an adjustable bench where it was so old and rickety that it disengaged and drop me from an incline position to a flat position crushing my finger like a grape almost amputating the tip.
