Clean place with great weight selection. Glad these OG gyms are still around.
I've been coming to this gym for about 6 months and have been very satisfied! The equipment is consistently clean and in good condition. The staff are always friendly. I had a recent experience where staff and fellow members went above and beyond to help me find something I lost during my work out--the kindness I was shown will truly stick with me. I also love the childcare center -- I feel confident that my kids are safe and having fun when I bring them there. I HIGHLY recommend Gold's Gym, Hendersonville!!!!
I got to Life Cycle inside Golds Gym in Hendersonville, TN and ai absolutely love their Barre+Pump class. A great mix of barre and weight lifting in a way that pushes you. The instructor, Anne, is phenomenal the music is always great and keeps you going. Im really glad I found this place (through class pass) because I would never just lift weights on my own or feel pushed to keep going!
There is everything you need to be successful and get in shape in Gold's gym. Staff are kind and helpful. You have cycle classes and several others, plus serious weightlifting dream for cross fit style workout or just lift heavy. I'm a big fan!
