Went here with the free pass from staying at the BW across the street. Staff were super friendly, gym is clean and has lots of machines. Didn’t see any broken machines and the staff were constantly cleaning the gym while I was there. Also has a nice multipurpose room to stretch and some other facilities too. Great gym.

I went to golds gym for the first time today, because the UNBC track was being resurfaced, and i was a little nervous at first. But wooow!! As soon as I got there the gentlmen at the front desk was so nice! And he even took the time to show me around the gym and explain they were under new managers and there were going to be lots of cool changes. The overall vibe while I was working out was so comfortable. I would definitely go back and work out there.

Does the 24Hr flex fitness mean the gym is going to be open 24hrs like Anytime Fitness?

Awesome gym! Great vibe great staff! I literally came on to review to give a shout out to Jackson. He makes an effort to connect with all the gym members and learn their names and stories. If your new to PG and looking for a gym this is your best bet.
