Great gym. Solid amenities UPDATE: as a platinum member, my presence in the escape room was questioned even after scanning in properly. 5 others went in unquestioned. I don’t write reviews and I don’t like being unpleasant, but they reached out for my review. I’ve never felt more unwelcome especially after having the highest tier membership. Was never treated like this at equinox.
UPDATE: 7/15/25. Time stamp 8:15am three front desk Staff turn around and face the wall talking and don’t greet as I walk in to check in. Two hispanic women and one hispanic man. It takes a lot for me to write a review because I generally try to give places the benefit of doubt because its a business and you can’t control people. I’ve worked in gyms, cleaned gyms been a personal trainer and manager, so I know how gyms are ran. However situations that people cause can be rectified.
