Update March 2026- The gym has new treadmills. New leg machines. Some improvements but still a long way to go. Plus 1 star. Original review This gym has gotten worse since EOS bought it. Half of all machines are broken. Almost all of the treadmills don’t work. Leg extensions, cable extensions. As soon as you get a machine or weights it’s always some kid asking you “how much longer you got” it’s pretty annoying. Men’s locker room smells like backed up sewer. When Gold's gym was turning to Eos, I suspected it would get WORSE. I was CORRECT. Nearly all the cable machines are broken, staff never helps keep the weights and cable accessories where they belong, and they've placed all the decent leg/glute machines in a room that you need a higher tier membership to access. What a terrible transition

Ever since I start working with Aaron my trainer, I’ve been not only losing weight but gaining muscle! His knowledge in how to lose weight and supplement consumption and proper food intake is what really goes the extra mile! Not to mention his experience in boxing which also helps with cardio! I’m on my second round with him cause he’s worth every penny! Thanks Aaron!!! Let’s goooooo!!!

I've been training with Coach Aaron for about 3 months and I can honestly say it's been a quite interesting experience. Coach Aaron possesses an incredible depth of knowledge about boxing.
