I’m not even exaggerating — Alefredo is the ONLY reason I still have my EOS membership. His Latin cardio class is next level. The energy, the music, the whole vibe is unmatched. You walk in tired and leave feeling like a whole new person. Best class at EOS, period.

I went to EOS fitness at Cesar Chavez on a free pass a couple years ago. There was a latina cleaning lady there that was sooo rude and I hated her vibe.. So I went to 24h fitness for a few years. So I thought instead of paying another year, I wanted to try something new. I decided to try EOS again. I called the Glendale location and they confirmed that they still do give the free gym pass. Thanks for answering back as an owner but at the end of the your staff told me inaccurate info and I lost $100 over that . And I know it’s my fault I left it there . But liars and ignorant workers make others in life there are two streets in life !!!!!!! and all I could say is SORRY too . New gym remodel is alright. Staff is friendly and the area has good mix of space. One of my few gripes is that it’s extremely overcrowded during peak hours and high demand machines that get broken take awhile to fix. Another small pet peeve is that girls go in the sauna with their dirty gym shoes and put them all over the walls and benches where people sit so unfortunately the wooden benches is getting dingier and dingier but otherwise bathrooms And gym are kept clean.

I am writing regarding an issue with incorrect information provided by your front customer service staff member, Diego. When a customer called to confirm if my Alo shorts items had been left behind in the locker room, Diego stated that it was “not my fault,” that he could not go check, and advised that the items would remain overnight and not to worry because they would still be in the locker area the next day.
