Every summer the air doesn’t work in the cardio room since our Golds became part of Golds corporate and privately owned. Heat breeds germs and at 79 or 80 it’s ridiculous. I believe that I’d rather pay more for better service Now changing to a 1. Today was 82 in the cardio section. There does not seem to be any effort to fix the air in that section. Glad I have a two week free pass to the Lift that I am about use

I come to this gym every time I am in town visiting my dad’s side. So, probably 2-3 times a year. They have made a few changes over the years but it remains a solid gym with a lot of equipment and variety. Training mostly for bodybuilding and then military-functional; I can always do all my lifts and more here. It is expensive for a day pass costing what most gyms charge for a month, but if you play it right - it is a 24hr pass so you can time it to get two lifts in if you do the first then go a couple hours before the 24hr ... read more
