A gross pathetic unprofessional gym that truly lacks the word “healthy” Poisonous atmosphere and community as well as the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. It’s the south so go figure the I.Q. Level is low. No one knows what they are doing or how to answer questions it’s a planet fitness with a different name.
As a member of our armed forces and having PCS orders which immediately allow me and my wife to cancel leases and subscriptions dude to the service member civil relief act, your gym memberships and PEAK PAYMENT ARE PIRATES. I just got charged $69.99 and $15 because my wife (who is on my PCS orders) don’t get here membership revoked. You are STEALING from us and have taken our last bit of money for our gas and groceries for the week and now unable to do this. You all are tyrants and this is unacceptable. It should be $20/mo, so that you can spend the money you save on hospital bills when you get MRSA. There are way better gyms in the area around the same price and less crowded, there is 0 reason to go to this place run by con artists who won't let you out of your auto-renewing contract under any conditions.
I don’t normally write reviews, but people need to know… It was an absolute nightmare trying to terminate my membership early. Golds has hired Peak Payment Solutions to handle this, and it took me over 3 months, 2 in person visits, way too many emails and phone calls to finally cancel- not to mention that I would owe 2 more payments after cancelling per the details of my contract. Absolute mess. Will never be doing business again with any place that uses Peak Payment Solutions.
Great workout! No lines waiting for machines or weights. Wide range of equipment and many similar machines so you can always get what you need! Very clean, safe equipment. Great employees! Supplements available and t-shirts or sweatshirts! They have everything! Pool, hottub, classes for all sorts of things! Love it!
