Quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, found the vent, and was able to clear and clean it. My dryer started working well right away. He was on time, very kind, and courteous of my house and did a great job.
Highly recommend this service. He was very responsive, showed up on time, and provided a great cleaning of my ducts/vents.
I called in because I had accidentally gotten a spoon suck inside my dryer. Now you may be asking yourself how? But thats not the point. I am a college student with give or take 20 dollars to my name. Andy told me that he would take care of it for me and came to my apartment that same day. Andy listened to our concern, had a plan- was on time and efficient, had to problem solve and innovate to resolve unanticipated complexities, including a creative answer to another occluded duct issue in our home. Skills extend beyond dryer vent ducts. Highly recommended.
