We started a floor leveling and remodeling job with Gold's in November of 2018. They worked on our floor for over 2 weeks to level it. Jacking it up multiple inches in a single day. Which we later found out completely messed with the whole structure of the home. We worked with them to continue to fix the problem. And subsequently began a remodeling contract with them as well. They were very good at destroying our home (which is now missing 2 outside walls (yes, it is exposed to the elements), and is gutted to the crawl space... read more

We appreciate this customer review, however what is stated is not true. We did begin this project in November of 2018 and completed it properly and on time with a 5 year warranty. What this customer is not stating, is that they "forgot" that they owed us several thousand dollars after completion and we worked with them until fully paid serveral months later. At which time, they hired us once more to work on another portion of their home, where much of the damage and conditions couldn't be observed until much of the interior ... read more
