New to Kerrville. A co-worker recommended Joe Hudson. I was working through the insurance of the other party involved in the vehicle alteration. I went to the location on Benson to get an estimation. The Secretary was helpful, hospitable, and knowledgeable. She shared that her location did not take the insurance and referred me to the location on Junction Highway. They were just as helpful! Great customer service and professional repairs
Completely dissatisfied with this Joe Hudson shop on Junction Hwy Kerrville.They ordered the wrong color console 2 times, has to order it 3 times. The window replaced was not tinted and they admitted they knew but didn’t tell us before we left with the vehicle only to give an excuse when we addressed it with our sales agent. The work was supposed to be done 1-2 weeks it took 1.5 months. It cost us an extra $600 in a rental.
