Fractured my ankle and they were not very accommodating. I'm a bit stupid, but more busy. Emailed that I wanted to pause, missed their reply. When I realized it wasn't paused, I emailed the wrong jcc. When I emailed the right email, I was 5 days short of cancelling and had to pay for the 7+ weeks more. So I paid 5 months with not being able to use the gym the way I want. They closed for a week in the summer and I got no reimbursement for not being able to use it.
