This is a terrible business. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home because of how mannerless and uncivil the workers were with me. It was to the point where I was thinking about involving law enforcement. I should have taken that action. I’m glad that I reacted in time to protect myself.
Stay away from them. Workers are rude and management doesn't hold them accountable. Spilled water all over New cabinets.
Please dont use them!!! They are absolutely awful and liars. We used them because they are the lead plumber for our building. They came to fix a leak in our kitchen sink - we thought the job went alright (will tell later how that turned out!) and that is why we called them to fix a leak in our shower body. They came saying they would just replace the cartridge. Next thing you know they had knocked off tiles in our tub and replaced the whole shower body.
