Wonderful accommodations: clean, elegant, spacious. Fabulous dinner: excellent cuisine, nice atmosphere, great service.
This is our second time staying here. The Rooms: 10/10 amazing! The rooms are beautiful and well decorated. Staff: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Always checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Food: Breakfast in bed was delicious!!! Overall: A beautiful place definitely worth staying and eating at the restaurant as well. Looking forward to going once a year!
My husband and I have stayed here at least 2 times a year over the past several years. This past weekend will be our final stay here is why. I complained about animal hair on our bed, not enough hot water, WiFi going out (3 times while watching a movie), windows that would not stay up, and the car charger not working. The owner emails me back to say the cleaning lady found dog poop in several areas. Accusing us that it’s our fault. I told her we did not bring any dogs with us. Fine dining at its best!
The property is beautiful. We had dinner as it was highly recommended 1/11/25. Our experience was very disappointing. We had the beef Wellington x 2 ordered medium rare, one was well done, but sadly the meat quality was awful, I can’t imagine it was filet, it was so tough, we were literally sawing through it. Customer service was good, they offered to redo the over cooked entree, opted not to as we were with our 12 yr old son who’s taste is less discerning and he was more interested in getting back to the resort pool.
