Absolutely disgusting customer service. We walked into the store to purchase gold earrings and the two female workers just looked at us and continued talking to each other as if we were invisible. We took our business elsewhere and so glad we did. We will not tolerate such rudeness and unprofessional behaviour towards customers. I will tell all my friends not to lower themselves by going to Goldmark Eastgardens and give these people business, such a disgrace
Customer Service is appalling. I returned a necklace from my pre-teen daughter, because the solder in the attaching link had failed. It was evident the charm was not damaged, nor had it been pulled in anyway. I returned it for repair, only to be told it was my daughter's fault (in front of her) because she had stored the necklace in the store gift box. As customer service seems to be the big issue here, there is a tip for the young lady: you need to watch (control) your behaviour. Being over friendly with male customers (ignoring their partners) isn’t appropriate either. Such an uncomfortable experience in this place
Met and greeted by the staff members as soon as I came in and instantly got help in what I was after. Team is very friendly and would recommend going here
PURCHASED FAULTY BANGLE AND STORE REFUSES TO REPLACE OR REPAIR EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD. DO NOT PURCHASER ANYTHING FROM HERE! I have purchased a $700 9ct gold bangle from this store and after less than a year of infrequent wear there are cracks in the bangle. The store manager Zoe flat out refused to replace or repair the bangle, she said that a crack falls under ‘general wear and tear’ and there was nothing she could do about it.
