The metals that are used is cheap. As a result, you need to clean and polish often. I have a number of gold items from different jewellers over the years and they have never gone brown unlike Goldmarks. The only reason i have given one star and not none is because the staff are lovely and it's not there fault on the choices that come from headoffice.

I had a ring rebuilt and paid almost $1000. I took it back as it is catching on my hair and everything else. Not a problem they say. I took it to someone else and they said that porous gold has been used. Really!!!
