Specialties: We are a family owned and operated industrial storage facility located on the southside of Coolidge. We offer: equipment, semi, materials, tractor trailer, RV, boat, car… and much more storage. We have a truck scale and mechanic on property. facility is gated and requires a pin code, we live on property, and have vast amounts of space in a remote, safe location. We are ideally located where highways 287 and 87 intersect, right by the I-10. Don’t see what you need on the website give us a call!

Did not actually rent a spot there as it is quite far from the SE portion of Tucson where I live. However, the staff there is very helpful and if I lived closer I would definitely check it out

Great location. Close to the I10, making it easy to get to Tucson, Casa Grande and the Phoenix area. Quiet, secure location with a welder, a mechanic, water and electric available making it a great satellite staging yard for big equipment!
The Goldman’s are organized, respectful, and caring people. They know how to treat people right. If you are looking for storage space — this is the place.
