In my humble opinion, I would not recommend this attorney. For nearly 18 months, Mr. Rosen strung me along charging me every chance he could, even just to forward an e-mail. I hired him as my defense attorney, yet he failed to protect me and my family. He never answered my question regarding his strategy to protect me or how to prove my innocence. He seems much more interested in appeasing the plaintiff than aggressively protecting you.
