I don't know why and how this company got a strata contract. This is a terrible service. I think this is the 4th time that I have been disappointed about the appointment to fix the leakage in my property. This morning, they are supposed to come at 7.00 am. At 9.30 am, no one came. I called them and the answer was, "We could not get anyone to come today. The earliest we can get someone to come is next week." Rubbish. If this company is not strata specified, I will not even think about this company.

I’m the granddaughter of a resident in a nursing home in Victoria, and I just wanted to share my experience with some of the contractors who’ve been coming through lately. We asked Goldman to send someone to connect a washing machine. Whoever came did an utterly unprofessional job. First of all, he failed to remove the four security screws (for transportation). My wife phoned and wrote to them about this abject failure, yet they proceeded to send us an account for payment. Then we discovered a significant leak under the sink in the laundry.
