The director of the clinic is an exceptional doctor, devoted, attentive; The list of compliments would be to write. A doctor worthy of the founder of this clinic of the same name. Every doctor I have met was doing a good job, with a smile, though they are too busy in my opinion to hear; to take the time to listen to some details that in this field of work can make a difference between being alive. What's the point of seeing a doctor and waiting 18 months to see a specialist all for them to blame it in your mental health problems and your antidepressants and to not order any scan or test?

I have been a patient with the Herzl clinic for over 33 years and have never been so disappointed with some RECEPTIONISTS. Specifically Sherry and one other receptionist who sits next to her. Unpleasant and uninterested,they do not even say hello. They after ignoring us for a few, will then look up to just stare at you as if you are bothering them. If this was only a couple of times here and there, I really wouldn't even be writing this unfortunately, it's every single time. Today was no exception. There are signs everywhere... read more

Je veux juste savoir comment avoir mes resultats d’examen.on m’a fait une prise de sang et on m’a dit qu’on me rappelerai lorsque les resultats seront disponible, ça fait deux mois aujourd’hui, j’ai contacté la Clinique on me dit que je n’ai pas de dossier chez eux et pourtant j’ai bien un compte ouvert. La personne au telephone te montre litteralement que tu derange et ne te donne aucune explication
