I have used Goldman and Goldman for 4 moderate to major projects in my home over the past years and have been happy with the work done. He seems to have the right contacts in each area of construction I've needed. When our A/C failed, Goldman and Goldman recommended a larger unit than we had originally. Every time we get extreme temperatures, the system they installed handles it with ease while significantly decreasing our energy bills.

First off, whenever contractors pull up to my house I feel that I am being penalized by contractors because of my home (they raise the prices through the roof!), Robert does charge big money, he charges the right money no matter what, his rates are market value, Robert's prices work according to fair market value, we have many rental properties and have had many horrible experiences with companies we hired to maintain the buildings NOT with Robert, he looks at the person as if they are his friend, prices are market value, se... read more

Will never recommend this company to anyone. Was promised a 10-14 day job, but ONE MONTH later the job still isn’t done and Goldman decided to breach contract and stop the project suddenly because he felt his workers did more work than they were paid to do. Was then threatened by him to be taken to court because my father bought his workers lunch one day and according to him the Burger King was an attempt to coerce and extort more work out of them.
