I just got raped hard by Goldman Equipment, and I will not be buying any more equipment or paying for any services from them again. A couple of years ago they ran a “spring special” offering to service your Z-series mower for only $99. This included pickup for the mower and redelivery, the maintenance kit, leveling the deck, and sharpening the blades. Wow; what a deal! So my laziness took over and I paid them to do it despite the fact I could have done it myself for 20 minutes of my time and the cost of the maintenance kit. ... read more
I'd like to comment on Mr. Newman's review. You're upset because 2 years ago you got a "spring special" price. But now 2 YEARS later that "spring special " price is no longer good? In case you haven't been outside your house in 2 yrs, everything has gone extremely high. Yes, Goldman employees are aware of how high these prices have gone up-especially the mowers. Due to NO FAULT of the employees that are working in THAT store. If you got a $75 credit for being unhappy, trust me-you should hug that Service Coordinator's neck. ... read more
