I am a peaceful polite person and walked in this place and an Asian man took my jewerly for a quote to sell and he came back and I said, "no, it was too little." I wanted to know the grams of the 14k gold pieces I was selling and he refused and told me to go elsewhere. The harsh disresptful treatment was unecessary. I went away and sold it and got more than he was offering. This review was the bad bedside manner of this Jewerler.
Shortly after Christmas 2022 we visited this store as they still had my engagement ring and my name plate along with a credit they owed me and the store was completely shut down, gone! No where to be found! After years of doing business with I'm having only purchased my Christmas about 2 months previously there was no mention of the store closing. So now I I do not know what to do as they have items of mine and I never received them back!
