Despite beautiful designs, they have lied upon selling me couple of jewelleries saying it’s gold and gem is a diamond whereas in fact it’s gold filled and zirconia. SHAME!
I loved the shop, it´s a great, unique place. The customer service was very kind, gentle and respectful. I bought a beautiful handchain that I´m in love with. One of the highlights of my trip to NY.
Had the best experience with Luna! By far my fav store in Tribeca! The best body chains, hand chains and jewelry!!! Luna is always so helpful as well!!!
