Warning!! Please be careful dealing with this lawyer and paralegals named Anthony. I fired this law firm because they messed up my injury case, and the lawyer himself admitted to it and couldn’t care less. I thought I was stuck with the law firm and had to deal with them until I found out by law, no matter how many lawyers you fire, all the lawyers must split only the 1/3 amount of the money, meaning it doesn’t matter how things go, they can’t take more than 1/3 from your settlement. Honestly I was very skeptical at first about the Services of Goldin & Rivin. I never felt my case I were priority or important enough for the Firm. Maybe because they felt my case wasn't garnering the kid of settlement amount they wanted or were used to. To be honest even I have to admit it wasnt an easy case. it was complicated and problematic.
