The nurse was very rude, demeaning, judgmental the whole time. She never even said hello or introduced her self. She gave no understanding to my situation and then when I gave back a little attitude she hung up on me. I really am just trying my best and I don’t understand why she wasn’t able to show just a little of empathy towards the situation. Dr. Goldin is great and very kind, I’m just disappointed with the phone call when I was just trying to ask a question.
