Tessa always takes good care of me. She walks thru the whole process of trying to understand what you want to achieve whilst giving her honest opinion as a stylist of today. She has high standards and doesn’t stop until you’re both happy with the end product. My latest session with her-she redid a blonde process because she wasn’t satisfied with the color-I thought it was fine, but she insisted that it be redone and after the reprocessing I was glad that she did it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Been going to Tessa for years and would trust her with my life at this point Gives me the hair of my dreams every time. Seriously the best salon I have ever gone to, would recommend to any and everyone!

Cancel appointment 2 hours prior without replacement. EDIT: I am updating my review to address the response. While I understand that emergencies happen, characterizing my frustration as ‘rude behavior’ is a deflection from the issue. My scheduled time was the only specific slot that worked for my schedule, which is why I booked it days in advance without even choosing a specific stylist.
