Buy at your own risk! We bought a bed frame that was delivered to us without packaging and had bed bugs and spider webs all over it. We tried asking for a refund but received no response from the seller Andrew whatsoever

Bought a mattress for $800. Slept on it for 2 nights and realizing how low quality it feels. Called to see if they would honour some sort of comfort guarantee (as pretty much every other mattress store does) and he offered zero help. Said there’s no guarantee. So now I’m stuck with a low quality, over priced mattress and poor customer service. Do not recommend what so ever. Bad business.

Update: (April 2023) Due to mold issues where I was living, unfortunately I needed to replace my bed. So of course I contacted Andrew and shared some newer preferences and needs with him based in what I was looking for, for my new bed. Again, he was extremely helpful in making recommendations. I also brought a friend who is currently looking and on a limited budget, she fell in love with the same bed as me and will be making the purchase in the near future.
