Staff is so rude, once you inquire a cake the tone of her voice is not accommodating. Also, the dedication indicated as we requested is not properly presented and have a lot of complaints. Hope you can train your staff and remind them on how to assist your customers.
The staff is so rude. We are inquiring about a cake and she's not accommodating us properly. Our dedication message is not properly indicated as requested. She also rudely approach us regarding the payment. This is my first time encountering a staff of Goldilocks charging us additional amount using GCash payment. I hope this will reach Goldilocks Management.
