Not impressed with their client - customer service -it was my first time to the shop- and I booked the appointment THREE hours before maybe even less for a 7:30 pm appointment - the only appointment available with Anastasia. - so it was a last minute decision. I got to the space and a man had been watching me before me getting out of my car - he watched me while I was sitting in my car waiting for the appointment. Terrible service. One of the lash technicians was VERY rude to me. I can now apply my own eyelashes and it is wayyyyy cheaper and I don't have to sit for an hour. Save your money and do them yourselves.

Today I arrived just 5 minutes late for an appointment I had booked a week in advance, but they didn’t let me in and had already replaced me with another customer. On top of that, they still charged me 50% of the service I did not receive . Very unhappy and disappointed with the service.
