Went during the NE Georgia Art Tour. Signs lead us there. Door was open. Open sign on door in addition to a sign asking not to let dogs out. No one was there. Lots of beautiful glass but couldn't purchase anything. Fire was going so not sure if someone was planning to come back. Waited ten minutes and left. Did not let dogs out as we didn't see any.
This is the most beautiful art glass you can see. Mr. Goldhagen rivals artist worldwide. He is a first class artist that you can actually meet and talk to. Seeing him work his craft under the stars with live music with my wife was the best birthday experience ever.
On arrival, he was actually creating glass art. They explained the process while taking a glob of molten glass, stretching, swirling, and created a piece of beautiful art. It was amazing. From small to large, there is much to see and purchase. A "must stop" if you're in the area.
If you want to experience some beautiful pieces of art, stop by and check this place out. Really cool if he happens to be there working. Not far off the path and worth the time.
Traveling in area and so glad we took the time to go visit this working studio. Unique works using vibrant colors and in all sizes. I purchased items for outdoor and indoor use. His menorahs were beautiful.
