I had my necklace repaired and it was very well done! The staff were very kind and knowledgeable.
I had a really excellent experience working with Goldform. My partner's engagement ring (made by a different jeweler) had a persistent problem of the stone coming loose, and another jeweler in Ottawa grimly told us that we'd probably have to entirely remake the ring at great expense in order to make it secure, and even then the stone might break because it isn't a diamond and is lower quality because of inclusions, so it might not be worth it. I’ve been in twice to have necklaces shortened and the customer service has been beyond top notch both times. Can’t recommend them enough, based on my experiences. Will be back in the future!
