Really happy with our experience with Jason. He really paid attention to what we wanted and he was extremely professional and attentive. We will be going back for my wedding band soon. It is really a beautifully made piece, and I'm very happy with my upgrade!
They made wrong spelling on engraving of my wedding band they said they called but they never left voice mail. We asked resizing and engraving on January 24th! And they said they were ready for pick up end of February. We are leaving to destination wedding on next Monday and they still have not fixed tho they said it is easy quick fix. We got our engagement ring and wedding ring done here! Ben and Jason helped us design both rings, it was an incredible process! We would recommend it to anyone! We will be returning for more jewelry!
This charming store is truly a gem. I recently had a family heirloom diamond ring redesigned into a pendant necklace and it is perfect! Ben knows his stuff and is very meticulous. His promptness and patience at replying to my emails was a breath of fresh air! Even though the fee was already reasonable, Ben did a few minor adjustments at no extra cost! After shopping around for engagement rings at the big box stores, I decided to try a local jeweller. I made an appointment to speak with someone at Goldform, and met Ben. Throughout the whole process, Ben was very profesional, transparent, and excellent at communicating.
