Live the facility and teachers are very patience. It’s very diverse and you meet some really nice people. I just hate hearing people talking on their phones out loud.
The instructors and staff are all very friendly. They greet my grandson by his name and check on him when he’s with different instructors - they seem to be genuinely interested in him and his progress. The owner, Phil, is always there too - makes me feel like I can easily approach him if I did have a concern. The facilities are clean and their scheduling flexibility is amazing. So so pleased!

The water is cold, even the instructor agreed but mentioned she couldn't complain. The class is a joke and the people at the front are unorganized. Save yourself the time and hassle and get a private instructor to go to your pool
My kids love it here and they have provided an exceptional level of customer service!
My kids and i love this swimschool because the friendly-charming environment as much as a nice-appropriate and most informing program. Also this school has the best policy as student can makeup the session they miss at anytime that is still available at their own convenience. Five stars for me
