My twins enjoy the classes with the instructors. However, when we went to drop the classes they were not clear or helpful. I emailed, called, texted. I used to love this place because they go off stars. My older son went and I was so pleased and have sung their praises since. Now my younger son is going. He's been at 2 out of 3 stars for over a month in the beginning class, even though he is swimming way better than the rest of the class, and swimming independently from one side of the pool at home to the other.
